I'm Nobody.
All dacs look the same to me : a rectangular box (black/silver) with a couple of lights and -sometimes- a volume control.
In fact, I use dacs to listen to music, not to look at them. Strange, eh ?

Thats odd Demitri cos i know & i'm sure a lot do that hi-fi is a joke so i now buy something well made that looks good, nothing else.
I'm offski had about as much as i can take on this forum to be honest. This place reminds me very much of another where everyone has the same product
There no "enormous" differences between well made dacs, that's a fact for me.
A seriously designed dac sounds always good, and putting £1000 or £2000 more usually brings nothing much, if anything (compared to the differences between mastered versions of records, for instance).
There're better ways of spending one's money than on dacs, nowadays : and the situation can only get better as years pass by, imho.
