    Yes

One was a pressie from a brother, he bought it in Islamabad.

The other I bought on a day trip to Tijuana. You can't go to TJ and not buy a fake Rolex. I think it's the law.

I think my fake Rolex came from Malta 30 years ago. Surprisingly, it still works and never had a service!

The cost of a Rolex service is just stupid. I've owned my Rolex 20 years and still going strong, still keeps perfect time.

I agree - the last time I had mine serviced the cost was considerably more than what my parents paid for it.

It was given to me fifty years ago. I used to have it serviced every ten years or so, but will now only send it off to Rolex should it need a repair (that would include a service which Rolex insist on doing as a matter of course!)

However it does keep perfect time, probably because it's rarely off my wrist.

Topical ,yesterday my daughter bought me a 'Rolex Submariner' from the charity shop she manages .
They were chucking this one in the scrap because the bezel ring had come off and snapped in half , the thing wasnt working and the winder was funny as .
A few minutes with Gorilla glue , some Sellotape and some carefully placed tippex in the dot where the jewel was lost , (The ring had snapped through the hole where it existed ) reset the time eventually as the winder was acting up at first , a quick gentle shake and off it went ,and I have proudly been wearing it for work today .

I appreciate you will all gag at this rough barsteward , but I hate waste !!! Its an ok watch for nought , but a donation I will give when shes back at work there !!
I would upload a picture but its always a pita on here
I only ride 'em, I don't know what makes 'em work

As I understand it, if it's a real one it's worth quite a bit of money in any state. Maybe Roy can confirm or deny?
