    Default Icon Audio...!

About a year ago I bought a secondhand Icon Audio Stereo 20 PP integrated amplifier. The amplifier was apparently about one year old when I bought it. I recently contacted Icon Audio to ask for a little advice regarding this amplifier and headphones only to be told that they had updated that model of amplifier since mine was bought and would I kindly return it to them for an upgrade...?

I packaged up the amplifier and valves which was duly collected and then returned to me a week later completely upgraded. All of this was done at their expense with me having nothing to pay whatsoever. This I find amazing for a secondhand, 550 quid amplifier. I feel I am indebted to Icon Audio.

Awesome service, and to be applauded. Other manufacturers should take note and emulate it!

    what a refreshing change !
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

Tis indeed great service. Maybe there were safety updates involved too??? No matter, if they look after you so well on their less expensive products, hopefully it'll make you consider their products further up the range should you be so inclined
