Springsteen on at S.O.L Sunderland tonight,10 miles or so up the road.
Been raining non stop since about 8 -8.30 this morning ,at times heavy.
Fingers crossed that it eases for everybody attending
14c now and cloudy, horrendous rain last night and throughout the day, many roads flooded this morning but looks like we've seen the worst of it - for now.
Heavy rain all night and all day. Flooded all over as usual. Not set to stop until 2000 tomorrow.
We've had all types of weather today, ranging from heavy rain to downpours. Another 24 hours of it forecast, which will be nice for the river. Anita thinks the canal levels are affected too, and she won't be convinced otherwise.

Dull all day and windy too. Bloody chilly too - 8 degrees colder than last week!
