Yes, as Steve says, you plug the tonearm leads into Rega device and connect the output from the Rega to your computer in order to burn a CD-R.

I don't think it connects to your amp, rather you connect your t/t to it as you would with a phono amp, then link it to your laptop/computer via usb....
